- 140 g blueberries
- 100 g sugar
- 10 g lemon juice
- 6 g gelatin

- First, soak the gelatin in cold water for 10-15 minutes.6 g gelatin

- Squeeze the gelatin and gradually add to the cream. Stir well until completely dissolved.

- Then cool to room temperature, cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
