Insalata caprese
This well-known dish is an Italian appetizer salad made with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and olive oil. To make it, raw tomato slices are topped with mozzarella slices and a basil leaf on each, salted and drizzled with olive oil. Cow's milk mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella can be used for a traditional caprese salad.

Directions
- First, thoroughly wash and dry the tomatoes. Then cut into slices of equal thickness.400 g beef tomatoes

- Now arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately and slightly overlapping on a platter.
