Insalata di tonno e fagioli
This high-protein white bean and tuna salad is a great low-carb recipe.

- 2 Cans white beans
- 1 Cans tuna in oil
- 2 spring onions
- 1 Stem parsely
- white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
Directions
- Place the beans in a colander, wash, drain and place in a bowl. Add the tuna with its oil to the bowl.
- Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Chop the parsley. Put both in the bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper, white wine, vinegar and mix well.Buon appetito!

Serve with sliced โโtoasted ciabatta!
