Tagliatelle con prosciutto in salsa cremosa di pomodoro e arancia
In the mood for a creamy pasta dish with a fruity sauce? Then this pasta is just the thing! For this we take delicious tagliatelle, sun-ripened tomatoes and hearty prosciutto cotto from Italy, a nice shot of freshly squeezed orange juice and some cream. Now we don't even need half an hour and we can already enjoy our delicious pastaโฆ

- 400 g tagliatelle
- 100 g cooked ham (Prosciutto cotto)
- 50 ml orange juice
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese to taste (shop here)
Directions
- Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil.
- Peel and finely dice the garlic. Cut the ham into thin strips.
- Heat some olive oil in a large pan and sautรฉ the garlic. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes, add the sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook al dente according to package directions.
- Add liquid cream to the tomato sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Then add the orange juice and the strips of ham and stir in the natural yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
- Drain the finished tagliatelle in a sieve and then add to the sauce in the pan. Mix everything well.
- Arrange on deep plates and sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan, if desired.Buon appetito!
