Directions
  • Put cream cheese, sour cream, grated lemon peel, dill, horseradish, paprika powder and pepper in the blender. Blend everything thoroughly.
  • Now add the smoked salmon, spring onions and drained capers to the blender as well.
  • Again, finely puree everything until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Finally, transfer the spread into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Tip

If you prefer to serve the salmon spread as a dip, simply double the amount of sour cream. This will make the consistency nice and creamy.
