Instructions
Put
cream cheese

sour cream
, grated
lemon peel

dill

horseradish

pepper
in the blender. Blend everything thoroughly.
Now add the
smoked salmon
,
spring onions
and drained
capers
to the blender as well.
Again, finely puree everything until the desired consistency is reached.
Finally, transfer the spread into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Notes
If you prefer to serve the salmon spread as a dip, simply double the amount of sour cream. This will make the consistency nice and creamy.
